If you are not satisfied with the design and we are unable to reach a result that meets your requirements through the included revision process, you may request a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made before the final design is approved by the client.
A refund may be requested if the delivered design does not meet the agreed project requirements and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions.
Once the client has approved the final design and the project has been completed, the payment is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not available for changes in preference or direction after the client has approved the final design.

Refund Process

Client-Provided Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, references, text, names, and other required materials. Delays or changes caused by incorrect or incomplete information may affect the project timeline.
