These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Pixora Creative Studio's website and the purchase of our logo design and branding services.

1. Our Services

Pixora Creative Studio provides professional logo design and branding services for businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals.

The exact deliverables included in a project are determined by the selected package or agreed project scope.

Additional services or deliverables outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

2. Project Information

Before work begins, clients may be required to provide information about their business, target audience, preferred style, references, colors, and other relevant requirements.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all information and materials provided to us are accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use any materials they provide.

3. Design Process & Revisions

Designs are created specifically for each client based on the agreed project requirements.

The number of revisions depends on the selected package.

Revisions are intended to refine the selected design direction and are not intended to restart the project with a completely different concept after the agreed design direction has been established.

Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

4. Delivery

Final files will be delivered digitally through the agreed delivery method.

No physical products or printed materials are shipped by Pixora Creative Studio.

The file formats and deliverables provided will depend on the package purchased or the agreed project scope.

5. Ownership

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the client receives the agreed final design files along with an ownership statement for the delivered work.

Pixora Creative Studio does not claim to grant, transfer, or issue legal copyright registrations on behalf of the client.

The client is responsible for any trademark registration, copyright registration, business registration, or other legal protection they may wish to obtain for their brand.

6. Originality

We create custom designs based on each client's requirements and creative direction.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials, names, slogans, images, or other content supplied by them do not infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Payment

Projects will begin once the required payment has been received.

Any additional work or services outside the original project scope may require additional payment before the work is started.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Clients may request a refund according to the conditions outlined in that policy.

Once the final design has been approved and the project has been completed, the payment is considered final.

9. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Pixora Creative Studio may ask clients for permission to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional materials.

During the project questionnaire, clients can choose whether they agree or do not agree to allow their completed work to be used for promotional purposes.

If the client does not provide permission, their project will not be used for promotional purposes by Pixora Creative Studio

10. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for reviewing all final information, including spelling, names, contact details, colors, and other business information before approving the final design.

Once a design has been approved, Pixora Creative Studio is not responsible for errors that were present in the information approved by the client.

11. Website Content

Information, examples, portfolio work, pricing, and service descriptions displayed on our website may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify our services, packages, pricing, and website content when necessary.
